Reading

I am always fascinated by what others are reading, so I thought I would share the books we are reading right now.

Blogs I am into right now:

Half Baked Harvest
The Clever Carrot

Always on the Night Stand

The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals
by Michael Pollan

Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.
I have read and enjoyed this book several times. Pollan takes the haunting question of "What should we have for dinner?" and turns it into a societal breakdown of the horrifying issues facing America's diet. He investigates the American way of eating and reports the answer to where your food
really comes from. This book will change the way you shop, eat and cook...in a great way.

The Flavor Bible: The Essential Guide to Culinary Creativity, Based on the Wisdom of America's Most Imaginative Chefs
by Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg

I am currently exploring this book, and enjoying every page. If you have ever wanted to learn more about taste and ingredient combinations, this is the book you need.
