I have read and enjoyed this book several times. Pollan takes the haunting question of "What should we have for dinner?" and turns it into a societal breakdown of the horrifying issues facing America's diet. He investigates the American way of eating and reports the answer to where your food really comes from. This book will change the way you shop, eat and cook...in a great way.
